Jason Gumbiner Barely snugged up the hardware and it split the first one. I originally put a 1 star review but Mike at PLR immediately reached out asking what the problem was and how he could make it right. After discussing the conical flat head screws might be the issue, I suggested a standard pan head screw. Mike agreed and sent another set of loops out before we were even done texting about it! Service rarely seen anymore! So for that and making the changes to the screws, I’m giving 5 stars. Great company who goes the distance to make things right
