I had an issue where my bag kept opening and I was losing my tools. I left a less than 5 star review but only because of this singular issue. They immediately reached out to me to try to remedy the issue. After trying the bag a different way a couple more times it has been working flawlessly, so I'm chalking the issue up to user error. Great bag and company and would recommend!
Great materials and straps and i like the patch! Does not seem cheesy like so many products in this industry. Stay classy public land riders!
